ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Narmeen Ahmad, a qualified and experienced psychotherapist with an MSc in Counselling and registered membership with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I specialize in supporting individuals with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and family dynamics. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending person-centered and psychodynamic methods, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions. I provide both in-person and online sessions, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and confidence.

As a neurodivergent psychotherapist who also lives with PMDD and PCOS, I approach my work with a deep, lived understanding of how these experiences intersect and shape daily life. My practice is rooted in compassion, validation, and the belief that neurodivergence is not something to be “fixed” but supported and honored. I specialize in helping clients navigate the complex emotional landscapes that come with hormonal shifts, sensory sensitivities, executive dysfunction, and chronic pain, to name a few creating a space where their full selves are seen and understood—without judgment or pressure to conform to neurotypical norms.


Services
